Jeffrey Heinchen

Jeffrey Heinichen, a life-long resident of Cincinnati, Ohio, who has been practicing corporate law since 1978, ventured into the world of entrepreneurship in 1986, and decided to continue his education and earned his MBA from the University of Notre Dame in 2004. Jeffrey has taught Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Quality of Management at Cincinnati State College and Wilmington College, for several years. Jeffrey has been a business plan competitions Judge at the University of Notre Dame and the University of Cincinnati for many years.

 

Jeffrey’s entrepreneurial experience has allowed him to see the world and learn through many successes and failures alike over the past 30 plus years. Jeffrey has spent time as an angel investor, and has devoted countless hours mentoring those who are eager to learn, fail, and succeed. Additionally, Jeffrey has been very active in the non-profit sector of Greater Cincinnati, having volunteered for more than sixteen different boards and organizations.

 

A family man, Jeffrey has seven children and hopes that the legacy he one day leaves behind will be one of altruism. Jeffrey has spent the last decade laying the foundation for the Center for Great Work Performance (CGWP), where he is a Co-Founder and Partner. His focus with the CGWP is to share his knowledge and experience with managers, participants, and clients in leading them through programs designed to elevate their confidence as masterful, valuable professionals and true achievers in WorkforceSUCCESS.
